Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://firstleaguecleaningservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. First League Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Cleaning Services, House Cleaning Service, Deep Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Recurring Cleaning, One Time Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning provided by First League Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://firstleaguecleaningservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of First League Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. First League Cleaning Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. First League Cleaning Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, First League Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify First League Cleaning Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. VA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of VA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications. First League Cleaning Services may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
